**Job Summary**

As a Supervisory Kitchen Manager at Jackmont Hospitality, you will be responsible for effectively supervising and managing all kitchen operations. Your main focus will be on optimizing profits by controlling food costs, production, labor, and increasing sales through food quality and speed of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervising operations during scheduled shifts
