About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at Pharmaceutics International Inc. As a key member of our Supplier Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our suppliers and materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of our Supplier Quality Management program
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process and track supplier onboarding requests and notifications of change
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supplier-related issues
  • Provide training and support to internal staff on supplier quality and compliance procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to supplier quality and compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
  • At least two years of working experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry under GMP conditions, preferably in Quality Assurance
  • Effective English oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
  • Ability to work independently, as well within a team and assist during projects and audits
  • Ability to gather appropriate data to make informed decisions, as well as form teams when collective discussions are applicable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment which involves the ability to quickly change priorities and multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Travel may be required - possibly up to 10%

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
