About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commodity Manager to join our team at ECR International, Inc. in Dunkirk, NY. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective category and commodity strategies to drive supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will work closely with our engineering and purchasing teams to identify new sources of supply and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commodity strategies, including analysis of spend and contract negotiation
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier selection and contract implementation
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in supplier and commodity management in a manufacturing environment

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
