Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team at Refresco. This role will be responsible for strategically sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of raw materials to ensure quality, service, cost, and terms are optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and select strategic suppliers to procure juice concentrates while maintaining strong relationships with key global suppliers.
  • Monitor fruit and vegetable markets and crop seasonality to react quickly to unexpected market conditions.
  • Drive value through innovation and collaboration with suppliers and internal customers (Sales, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement Finance).
  • Provide regular commodity updates to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Five years of procurement experience preferably in food/beverage manufacturing.

About Refresco
