Job Overview

Pure Barre is a leading boutique fitness business, and we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our studio, you'll be responsible for all in-studio sales and operations during scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Pure Barre brand at all times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Generate sales, promote the studio, and maintain knowledge of all available packages and membership perks, pricing, and current promotions.
  • Interact with clients, lead with hospitality, and respond to client requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Perform routine client-facing tasks, including new account set-up, scheduling, canceling, and rebooking classes, package purchases, and other general account needs.
  • Assist the General Manager and teachers in daily operations, maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment.
  • Respond to client communications, alert the team about client milestones, and set milestone prizes and acknowledgments.
  • Address any maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients and perform daily facility tasks, including regular cleaning and disinfecting.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.
  • Superior verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people, inspire trust, and build credibility quickly.
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales and meet personal client outreach goals.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to solve problems and move forward without having all the answers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
  • Ability to stand for long durations of time and be passionate about people, fitness, and the Pure Barre brand.
