Position Overview

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is in search of a dedicated and personable Full-Time Medical Receptionist to support our operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointment scheduling
  • Provide assistance to incoming patients
  • Confirm insurance eligibility
  • Input patient information into the system
  • Organize and maintain medical records
  • Support the office manager and medical staff as required. You will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our patients seeking assistance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with NextGen software is advantageous
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Experience in healthcare and understanding of medical insurance is beneficial
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Saturday: Occasionally required

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP stands as the largest and most extensive practice specializing in ear, nose, throat, allergy, and audiology services nationwide, featuring 55 locations and over 300 healthcare professionals. Each clinical site offers a full range of services, including General Adult and Pediatric ENT, Voice and Swallowing, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Inner Ear Disorders, Asthma, Clinical Immunology, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Aid dispensing, and Sleep Services. Our practice collaborates with The Mount Sinai Hospital for advanced treatment options and partners with the American Cancer Society to provide education and care for patients dealing with smoking-related issues and cancer. Additionally, we have expanded our clinical services to include advanced Immunodeficiency trials.
