In this position, you will oversee a team of hourly associates and will be responsible for engaging your team throughout their shifts to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

Your role will also be crucial in meeting our customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time.


Our operational workflow consists of three key phases: First mile - where products are stored and prepared for orders; Middle mile - where orders are transported to your area; and Last mile - where products reach the customer's doorstep.

It is important to note that while workflows may have slight variations, our commitment to our vision and customer satisfaction remains unwavering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, mentor, and motivate your hourly associates
  • Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments
  • Collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop strategies that align with business goals
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently engage in pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment where noise levels may vary and can be loud
  • Adapt to an environment that experiences variable temperatures and weather conditions (including outdoor loading areas)
  • Continuously navigate stairs (applies to sites with stair access)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of experience in employee and performance management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean methodologies

  • Experience managing a team of 20+ employees. Familiarity with process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma) * Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field. * Relevant industry experience in retail, food and beverage, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production, or distribution environments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $61,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $100,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Compensation is influenced by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
