As a Client Success Representative I at Wound Technology Network Inc, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients who refer patients for in-home, provider-driven wound care services. Our referral network encompasses MSO and IPA providers, hospital discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for referring healthcare providers and their staff within a designated regional area.
  • Educate IPA, MSO, and other referral sources about the services and value offered by Wound Technology Network Inc.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Geopointe routing for effective communication and data management.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the wound care services provided by Wound Technology Network Inc.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional sales and communication skills.
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure seamless delivery of care in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and organizations within the industry.
  • Advocate for patient needs and actively promote services to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to wound care delivery.
  • Navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape with professionalism and confidence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales or provider relations within a healthcare-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional care and customer service.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with healthcare organizations and providers.
  • Dedication to improving access to care for patients with wound care needs.
  • Professionalism in all interactions and adaptability to changing priorities.
