The Accounts Payable Lead role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team at GeoStabilization International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and credit card transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately code and process vendor invoices and credit card transactions for multiple entities and currencies
- Monitor and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
- Process purchase orders and non-purchase order invoices for various types of transactions
- Accurately apply taxes to vendor invoices
- Regularly review vendor statements and address any discrepancies
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or credit card coding
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with Vista by Viewpoint software
The salary range for this position is $53,400.00 to $70,800.00 per year.
