About the Role

CNB Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Multi-Experience Agent. In this role, you will provide exceptional personalized service to clients through various channels, including Enhanced Teller Machine (ETM) interactions, customer service center calls, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address client service or transaction needs, and refer banking products and services as required
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, managing complaints, and resolving problems
  • Foster a positive and welcoming work environment by engaging with coworkers and demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Embrace change and new technology to stay up-to-date with industry-wide solutions and standards
  • Perform tasks in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to bank policies and procedures
  • Seek professional development opportunities to increase banking knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; related experience and secondary education preferred
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, and possess professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use telephone systems and possess good computer skills, including email, internet, and intranet use
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, and compute rate, ratio, and percent
