Position Overview:

The Senior Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Memory Circuit Design team to develop comprehensive models for memory systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in design verification or modeling is required.
  • Experience in analog modeling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with non-volatile memory modeling is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with the Memory Circuit Design team to create detailed memory models.
  • Based on system specifications, you will:
    • Implement sanity checks for basic verification and manage updates.
    • Conduct regression testing for system logic and facilitate final chip tapeout.
    • Generate stimuli for:
      • Code coverage, ensuring a defined coverage target.
      • Fault coverage for non-scannable logic.

  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and proactive while remaining open to collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams are essential.
