The Role:

As a Relationship Manager focused on the Startup and Technology ecosystem, you will report to the Chief Banking Officer and play a crucial role in developing new business and contributing to the bank's growth strategy. Your focus will be on selling deposit products, API banking solutions, and payment services tailored to the unique needs of these businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new startup and technology clients for deposit, API Banking and/or payment products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and key decision-makers in the tech ecosystem.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models and financial needs to provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of our deposit, API Banking, and payment products.
  • Lead strategic discussions on how our banking solutions can support clients' growth and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve sales targets for deposit growth and payment product adoption.

Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
