Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Human Factors & Usability Engineering Intern to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional product design and development teams, you will champion the perspectives of our users and help design products that are intuitive, safe, and effective to use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and present results of usability testing
  • Provide design recommendations to product teams backed by usability data and best practices
  • Conduct usability analyses and leverage anthropometric and human performance data to inform product design
  • Collaborate with interaction design, industrial design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Contribute to the creation of usability engineering documents
Requirements
  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
