Software Engineer Intern: Hardware and Operating Systems

At Microsoft Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with teams across the world, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems through sound and creative engineering.
- Apply software engineering principles to solve complex problems on product HW and Operating systems.
- Quickly learn new engineering methods and incorporate them into work processes.
- Seek feedback and apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions.
- Demonstrate skill in time management and completing software projects in a cooperative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.
- One year of programming experience in an object-oriented language.
The base pay range for this internship is USD $5,460 - $10,680 per month. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
