We are currently offering various employment opportunities, including full-time, part-time, and leadership positions with additional responsibilities.

While a background in jewelry is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We provide ample resources to help you familiarize yourself with the esteemed designers we represent and the essential sales techniques that will contribute to your long-term success.

Our sales team enjoys a competitive hourly wage, along with the potential for monthly commissions. Full-time associates also have access to health benefits.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven sales track record, including at least one year of retail experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team

Compensation and Benefits

REEDS Jewelers provides a comprehensive compensation package, including merchandise discounts, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off for both full-time and part-time employees. Full-time team members are also eligible for our extensive benefits program, which includes health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, among other offerings.
