  • Assist in and/or lead the restock process to maintain store stock levels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers, protecting company assets and promoting a culture of integrity.
  • Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge with colleagues, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining the building facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel to organize and stock inventory.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
