The United Schools Network (USN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities in Columbus, Ohio. Since its inception in 2008, USN has successfully established multiple schools, each designed to provide equitable access to quality education. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities through transformative educational experiences, ensuring that every child has access to learning opportunities.

Currently, USN operates a network of high-performing elementary and middle schools, serving over 800 students. We are committed to delivering a rigorous academic curriculum within a supportive and engaging learning environment, focusing on the holistic development of each student.

Role Responsibilities

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering both academic and social-emotional growth among students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with grade-level teams to design and implement a challenging and aligned mathematics curriculum.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive classroom culture that promotes student engagement and success.
  • Regularly communicating student progress to families to build strong partnerships between home and school.
  • Utilizing data effectively to inform instructional practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree with the ability to obtain the necessary teaching license.
