The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves executing quality assurance processes to fulfill customer order specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing certifications, assembling data packages, and conducting internal audits to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate supplier software to ensure material compliance.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on part orders.
  • Manage the supplier database and guarantee timely updates.
  • Maintain Operational Quality Evidence (OQE) records and project documentation.
  • Interpret customer drawings and contractual agreements.
  • Prepare assembly packages and pump kits.
  • Execute internal audits and engage in continuous process enhancement.
Qualifications

Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with military contracts and material evaluation.
  • Familiarity with ASTM and military specifications.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is essential.

Education and Experience
