The successful candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate team activities to determine, monitor, and review all project economics.

They will lead the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.

The Project Manager Senior will identify and assemble the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements.

They will manage subcontractors, plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project.

The Project Manager Senior will develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.

They will undertake status review meetings among project team members and clients.

The Project Manager Senior will install appropriate automated systems for management of projects.

They will develop, propose, and negotiate project proposals, quotations, and addons to leadership and the client.

The Project Manager Senior will analyze needs and recommend appropriate planning concepts and tools to be used for all facets of planning, scheduling, and tracking projects.

They will analyze project progress/costs and facilitates the development of recommended alternatives.

The Project Manager Senior will integrate and use project management methodologies.

They will create communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.

The Project Manager Senior will advise senior management on project management capability and risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
  • 4 Years of Experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
