Regional Business Office Director

The Regional Business Office Manager will oversee the Accounts Receivable and collections functions of the iCare managed facilities, providing guidance, direction, and leadership to on-site facility business office staff.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure monthly AR reviews are completed and communicate systemic major cases to the VP of RCM
- Provide training and support to Business Office staff
- Conduct Resident Trust Audits
- Maintain/Reduce Write-Off level
- Monitor collection process
- Audit & review standardized tracking systems
- Attend facility Social Security audits
- Assist with HMS audit data
- Working knowledge of various software programs
- Experience in long term care business office functions
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing procedures
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related area
- Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Salary starting at $80,000, commensurate with experience
