Position Title: Building Inspector/Plans Examiner I/II

Overview:

The Town of Truckee is in search of a meticulous Building Inspector/Plans Examiner at either Level I or Level II. This position is crucial for maintaining adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Review and evaluate construction plans for accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote a safe and high-quality built environment.

Compensation:

Level I: $38.63/hour - $52.15/hour
Level II: $42.60/hour - $57.51/hour
