Job Title: Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector to contribute to the development and implementation of business and mission analytics efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio data to present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making.
  • Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
  • Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.
  • Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.
  • Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
  • JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • SME Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
