About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and providing financial solutions to help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose suitable financial solutions.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships.
  • Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
