About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to connect with customers' needs
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build trust
  • Provide customers with options for bank products and services that meet their needs
  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
