Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and project manage recruitment policies, processes, and forms to increase access to talented, diverse, and qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms to source potential candidates and screen resumes and application forms.
  • Interviewing and Hiring: Conduct interviews via various mediums and prepare and distribute assignments to qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other related fields.
  • Experience: At least four years of experience in human resources, with sound knowledge of all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong presentation and marketing skills, with experience in policy research and data analysis.
