Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and project manage recruitment policies, processes, and forms to increase access to talented, diverse, and qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms to source potential candidates and screen resumes and application forms.
- Interviewing and Hiring: Conduct interviews via various mediums and prepare and distribute assignments to qualified candidates.
- Recruitment Metrics: Develop and monitor HR recruitment metrics, including vacancies, source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, workforce trends, etc.
- Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs/resources to support the development of strategic goals and plans, particularly related to talent acquisition and EEO initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other related fields.
- Experience: At least four years of experience in human resources, with sound knowledge of all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.
- Skills: Excellent organizational project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong presentation and marketing skills, with experience in policy research and data analysis.
