Construction Project Manager

At American Restoration Operations LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our restoration projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, insurance, and project management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and plan projects using proprietary software and industry-specific knowledge.
- Direct and supervise project objectives, maintain quality control, and ensure safety.
- Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients and vendors.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the building life cycle, including conception, pre-construction, active, and closeout phases.
- Provide timely and effective communication between team members, clients, and insurance representatives.
- Review and approve shop drawings, manage design changes, and prepare VE/cost analysis recommendations.
- Supervise multiple crews simultaneously on multiple projects and source and qualify vendors/subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain written communication with clients, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and previous experience in the restoration (fire/water) industry.
- Ability to create consistent and comprehensive Xactimate estimates for projects.
- Strong negotiating skills and excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements and previous experience in a managerial role or leading/motivating a team-centered environment.
- Influential leadership with an approachable and friendly demeanor and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Practical experience with MS Project and MS Excel and business development and building rapport with community managers, homeowner associations, and insurance representatives.
