Job Opportunity

The Construction Project Engineer plays a crucial role in the success of our projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in soliciting and qualifying bids, managing contract documents, and tracking material procurement.
  • Develop detailed Scope of Work and Schedule of Values for each assigned trade.
  • Coordinate with design consultants for onsite inspections, box walks, and punch list walks.
  • Monitor materials test reports for compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and manage RFI and Submittal logs.
  • Assist with preparation of final punch lists for all subcontractors and ensure all items are completed prior to release of retainage payment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction experience.
  • 2+ years of any vertical construction building experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience working on $25M+ projects.
  • Computer skills: proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
  • MUST BE OPEN TO RELOCATING TO BOISE, ID.
