Job Summary

The Quality Control Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of our condos/rooms to ensure they meet our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
    • College course work in a related field is highly desirable.
    • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
    • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
    • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
    • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
    • Ensure a work order is completed for all painting repairs, furnishings relocation, equipment reallocation, and space reallocation.
    • Follow up on the completion of the job in the unit.
    • Inventory supplies and replace them as needed after missing inventory has been reported from a unit.
    • Alert the Manager of inventory needed for the stockroom, such as silverware, flatware, and cookware.
    • Regularly inspect equipment to ensure it is working properly and not missing.
    • Ensure communication with each owner when necessary.
    • Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service and staffing levels are appropriate with business levels.
    • Assist with daily paperwork as needed.
    • Withhold a professional attitude and environment during all times.
    • Assist Room Attendants as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Manager, which could be directly related or unrelated to the original position.
