  • Collaborate with fundraising and finance teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and reporting protocols.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management systems and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in donor data management, preferably in the nonprofit industry.
  • Proficiency in Blackbaud software or equivalent donor database management systems.
  • Exceptional typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of precision.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
