  • LVN certificate and CPR certificate required for LVN position.

Additional Requirements:

  • Applicants selected for employment will be required to submit fingerprinting and negative TB test at their own expense.
  • Pre-employment physical for the custodian position is required and will be paid for by the office.

Documentation:

  • Proof of HS Graduation (copy of high school diploma or high school transcripts verifying graduation date).
