Key Responsibilities:
  • Be available on a rotating 24-hour schedule to manage crisis situations
  • Work collaboratively with community support treatment teams
  • Develop and sustain professional relationships with referral organizations
  • Formulate plans to link individuals with essential resources
  • Coordinate services across various agencies
  • Deliver counseling and problem-solving support to clients and their families
  • Engage in public education regarding available mental health services
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings
  • Document all services rendered
  • Pursue continuous training and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • 2-3 years of experience in a mental health environment
  • Familiarity with clinical assessment tools and criteria
  • Knowledge of resources available for individuals with psychiatric disabilities
  • Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care standards
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to effectively engage with diverse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality care
Working Environment:
  • Typically conducted in an office or community setting
  • Moderate physical activity is required
