Mental Health Practitioner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at TeamBuilders Behavioral Health. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with psychiatric disorders.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in direct client care and must possess specific training or experience in psychological therapies, building a therapeutic alliance, dealing with challenging behavior, and the administration of psychiatric medication.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric case management for assigned groups of clients.
- Collaborate with the team psychiatrist to coordinate medical assessments and treatment plans.
- Document client progress according to established methods and procedures.
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Nursing Practice.
- RN licensure in New Mexico.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct client care.
$30 - $40 an hour (dependent on years of licensed practice and experience working with seriously mentally ill adults).
