We are looking for an exceptional Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Local Law Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys, handling communication with clients, and assisting in case preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences.
  • Handle communication with clients, field associates, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support case preparation by organizing materials for team case review and conducting thorough research.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in personal injury law as a Legal Assistant or 2 years previous law experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology.
  • Proficiency in English, bilingual a plus.
  • Working knowledge of case management software.

Salary
