About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Information Services. As a key member of our Commercial Lending team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex workflows to support our business operations.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and testing workflows, collaborating with business experts to gather functional specifications, and developing executable processes. You will also work closely with architects and team leads to design and implement technical solutions, and collaborate with testers to analyze defects and resolve issues.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be able to meet deadlines and communicate status appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and test workflows to support business operations
  • Collaborate with business experts to gather functional specifications and develop executable processes
  • Work with architects and team leads to design and implement technical solutions
  • Collaborate with testers to analyze defects and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in workflow development and configuration
  • Excellent understanding of workflow tools such as Pega, IBM Workflow, and Appian
  • Good database skills with excellent query writing skills
  • Understanding of case life cycle management and business process management (BPM)
  • Exposure to form design including Java, HTML, CSS, XML, and Angular
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST and SOAP)
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • First-rate verbal and written communication skills
