Job Summary:

TAT Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OEM Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and customer service, to ensure that production plans are aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including production volume, quality, and lead time
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, reducing waste and improving productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, including quality control, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, operations management) preferred
