Job Title: Manufacturing Team Lead

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team at Marco Industries Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing processes, including the implementation and monitoring of good manufacturing practices, quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve production process issues and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a proven track record of success in improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Lean manufacturing certification or experience.
  • Experience with quality management systems and ISO 9001.

Employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds several times daily. May be exposed to weather temperature conditions prevalent at the time.
