Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual for the role of National Restoration Project Manager. This position is pivotal within our emergency response division, where the selected candidate will oversee various commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead emergency response initiatives across the country.
  • Manage all facets of commercial restoration projects, including initial incident assessment (fire, water, storm, natural disaster, etc.).
  • Handle insurance claims and ensure thorough project documentation.
  • Recruit and manage subcontractors, utilizing Xactimate for accurate scope creation.
  • Coordinate reconstruction efforts and maintain project timelines.
  • Foster effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial restoration project management.
  • Proficiency in mitigation and remediation processes, construction practices, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in job costing, analysis, and tracking.
  • Existing relationships with clients are advantageous.
