Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Patient Plus Urgent Care. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients and medical staff for exams, operating imaging equipment, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients and medical staff for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients on examining tables and adjust equipment to obtain optimal views of specific body areas.
  • Interview patients to gather medical history, medication information, and other relevant details.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians, following established protocols.
  • Record and report patient conditions, reactions to medications, and test results to physicians.
  • Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Notify patients of test results and provide instructions on medication and treatment.
Requirements
  • ARRT and LSRT license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, partial tuition reimbursement for new graduates, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced Rad Techs. Part-time options may be available with a commitment to a set schedule.

Schedule: 9AM-9PM one week, 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts the next week.
