El especialista financiero desempeñará un papel crucial en la conservación de registros financieros precisos y en el apoyo a los objetivos financieros de la organización.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar todos los aspectos de los procesos de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Preparar y analizar estados financieros, incluyendo balances, estados de resultados y estados de flujo de efectivo.
  • Realizar conciliaciones regulares de cuentas bancarias y asegurar la precisión en los informes financieros.
  • Asistir en los procesos de presupuestación y previsión para apoyar la planificación financiera.
  • Preparar y presentar documentos fiscales, incluyendo declaraciones de IVA y declaraciones de impuestos corporativos, cumpliendo con los requisitos regulatorios.
  • Mantener registros financieros precisos y organizados de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

Habilidades Necesarias:

  • Fuertes Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidad para analizar datos financieros y derivar información significativa para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Atención al Detalle: Atención excepcional al detalle para asegurar la precisión en los informes financieros y el cumplimiento de regulaciones.
  • Dominio de Software Contable: Experiencia con software contable como QuickBooks, SAP u Oracle para gestionar transacciones financieras y generar informes.
  • Conocimiento de Regulaciones Financieras: Comprensión de principios y regulaciones contables, incluyendo GAAP y leyes fiscales, para asegurar el cumplimiento en los informes financieros.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
  • Certificación CPA.
