Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at LCG, Inc. in Bethesda, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of our programs, specifically supporting projects in HRSA. This role involves overseeing project activities, ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules, and working across departments to develop solutions to program problems.

The Program Manager will also prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with financial and resource requirements, while leading business development efforts to expand our company's offerings. The successful candidate will manage subordinate staff and guide project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, acting as an advisor to the program team on all tasks and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure technical performance, scheduling, and pricing of all program activities related to HRSA project coordination.
  • Develop and manage master plans and schedules, ensuring adherence and timely completion of goals.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, factoring in financial conditions, resource allocations, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and expand product lines related to HRSA project coordination and technical assistance.
  • Supervise and manage a team of professionals from various departments, providing guidance, and ensuring milestones and departmental goals are met within approved budgets.
  • Direct and oversee the daily tasks of team members, developing solutions to problems and ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Prepare proposals and documentation to secure new programs and contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the coordination of funding, activities, and partnerships, including aligning program efforts with HRSA, CDC, NIH, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through progress reports, adjusting and prioritizing strategies to meet evolving program needs.
  • Evaluate the performance of the team, offering ongoing feedback and ensuring high levels of engagement and productivity.
