Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flows, clearing, and settlements to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with daily reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
  • Interact with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support the investor relations and legal/compliance teams with financial data and analysis.
  • Report to the Controller & CFO and provide regular updates on financial performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Enter, settle, and report trades, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the month-end close process, including financial statement preparation and investor statement generation.
  • Develop and maintain internal reports, including performance, valuation, and risk analysis.
  • Support year-end audit and tax reporting requirements, including 1099s and K1s.
  • Oversee data integrity across systems and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage fee calculations and track fund expenses and employee expenses.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, including ADV, Form PF, and FATCA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg helpful.
