About the Job

We are looking for a Quality Engineer and Process Specialist to join our team in Wilton, CT. As a member of our quality engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and solve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
  • Communicate quality-related information to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $100,000 per year, depending on experience
