About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to join our team at ZephyrTech. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our IT systems and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support IT systems and software, including monitoring, system administration, and parameterization of various software applications.
  • Handle user inquiries in first-level support, prioritize them, and resolve them, conduct expert analyses, and troubleshoot issues in second-level support.
  • Work closely with external service providers and software manufacturers, and manage and plan joint projects.
  • Gather requirements from internal departments for the expansion and further development of IT applications, and create concepts and specifications.
  • Identify and implement optimization potentials, especially in the area of advancing digitalization of all processes.
Requirements
  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development, a degree in (business) informatics, or comparable education and training.
  • You ideally have at least 5 years of professional experience and have already gained experience in the logistics industry.
  • You have experience with programming languages such as C#, MS SQL, ASP.NET,.NET Framework, and Git.
  • You have good knowledge in the areas of EDI, DMS, BPM, SQL databases, and MS Office.
  • You have good German and English skills.
