Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating with other assembly associates to support integration testing and production process development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds and re-work.
  • Work from documented procedures and maintain quality data.
  • Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Assure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and disposal materials.
  • Share knowledge and train co-workers and new employees.
  • Establish an effective working partnership with other departments to promote effective communication and transfer knowledge/experience to others.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

The work environment is very clean and temperature controlled. This is a cleanroom environment.
