About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Infectious Disease Physician to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with infectious diseases, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate care for patients.
  • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in infectious disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families about infectious diseases, prevention strategies, and medication adherence.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and protocols to ensure the highest standard of care for all patients.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations, and the policies and procedures of the FQHC.
