We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take charge of and oversee construction initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of managing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will be tasked with collaborating with various project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to guarantee that project objectives and timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure profitability and implement cost controls on assigned projects.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, design professionals, and subcontractors to fulfill project requirements.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate project progress and potential challenges to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to clients.
  • Manage project change requests and negotiate modifications with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project quality control and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in production.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial general contracting environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and codes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in construction software and project management tools (e.g., Procore) as well as scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
