We are currently in search of a seasoned Project Manager to take charge of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of delivering projects on schedule and within financial constraints. This role entails collaborating with various project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that project objectives and timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project profitability and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, design professionals, and subcontractors to fulfill project specifications.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate project status and potential challenges to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to monitor project progress.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to clients.
  • Handle project change requests and negotiate modifications with stakeholders.
  • Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive project records.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial general contracting environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools (e.g., Procore) as well as scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
