We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a track record of successful project execution to plan, direct, and manage HVAC Service & Maintenance projects from start to finish. About You:

  • KNOWLEDGEABLE: Comprehensive understanding of the industry and HVAC project management is essential; ability to interpret construction plans and bidding documents.
  • EXPERIENCED: Significant prior experience with Commercial HVAC systems.
  • A COMMUNICATOR: Proficient in verbal and written communication across diverse audience levels.
  • ADAPTABLE: Capable of analyzing, thinking critically, negotiating, and solving problems; able to swiftly adjust to changing circumstances and effectively manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • FLEXIBLE: Available as required; willing to travel to client locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • INITIATE: Collaborate with the Sales team during the bidding phase and develop project outcome forecasts.
  • PLAN & PREPARE: Supervise a range of projects from inception to completion.
  • EXECUTE: Procure equipment and materials, schedule workforce, submit Change Orders, ensure worksite safety, and maintain necessary project documentation.
  • LEAD: Organize, coordinate, and sustain effective field operations and teams.
  • PERFORM: Successfully achieve the scope of contracted work within the designated budget and timelines.
  • SERVICE: Offer exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members.
