About the Role

Aon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Broker to join our team in Chicago or Bloomington, MN. As a key member of our Property Group within Aon Risk Solutions, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients.
  • Design, market, and service manage property insurance programs in various industry sectors.
  • Analyze clients' exposures to identify and mitigate risk, and coordinate the placement and day-to-day activities on accounts.
  • Lead the strategy and design of property insurance programs for large and/or heavily catastrophic exposed accounts.
  • Retain and grow assigned clients/prospects, and facilitate the compilation of submission information.
  • Provide broking status and continuous support and service to clients during the entire broking process and engagement period.
  • Utilize effective negotiation skills, and drive the utilization of all available technology throughout the broking process and client service process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of Property insurance broking experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships, and active P&C License.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
