Surgical Support Associate

Connected Surgical is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Surgical Support Specialist. As a key member of our operating room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the needs of the surgeon prior to the procedure and assist in setting up the operating room and pulling all necessary instrumentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting video equipment and addressing any complaints or concerns of the surgeon, nursing staff, or surgical technologists.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures.
Requirements:
- Medical background required, with experience in a customer service role a plus.
- IAHCSMM or CBSPD, CRCST certification preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and dependability.
